How long will my collision repair take?
Every repair is different. At the time of the estimate, your service advisor will provide a preliminary timeline in which your repairs will be completed. Once your vehicle is completely dismantled we will contact you with a more accurate delivery date.
What happens if my vehicle is totaled?
Each insurance company has a formula for determining a total loss. The loss is often calculated as 70-80% of the vehicles current value.
What is the deductible and how is it paid?
The deductible is the dollar amount of damage for which the vehicle owner is responsible before the insurance company pays anything toward a collision repair or comprehensive claim. The amount of the deductible is stated in your policy and, if it applies, would be paid to the repair facility as part of the cost to repair.
When can I wash/wax my car after it has been painted?
Within two weeks.
Can you match the original paint to my automobile?
Do you use original equipment parts from the manufacturer?
We make sure to use the highest quality equipment parts to repair your vehicle for the long haul. If the original equipment parts are the highest quality parts available, we will endeavor to choose them.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No, you may simply visit our auto body shop or call anytime during normal business hours and we will be happy to provide you with a free estimate.
